Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete your Fotofolio account and all your data. There's no "trash" phase — once we delete, it's gone.
The fastest way: in-app
If you're logged in, go to Billing → Delete my account and confirm there. That triggers immediate processing.
If you can't log in
Use the form below. We'll email you to confirm the request from the email address on file, then proceed to delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account profile, email, password hash
- All photos and videos you uploaded (from S3)
- All albums, drafts, signatures
- Portfolio site + client sites
- Personal access tokens
- OAuth connections to Lightroom / etc. (we revoke from their end too)
- Any cached analytics tied to your account
What we keep (and why)
- Billing records for the period required by Indian tax law (up to 7 years)
- Aggregate, anonymous usage statistics that can't be tied back to you
Third-party services
If you connected social media accounts (Pinterest / Meta / Google), revoking access from their dashboards is independent. Our integration tokens are deleted; we email those platforms to revoke on our side too.
