Getting started
Create and organize albums
Make albums, set a cover, reorder photos, and choose who can see each one with public, private, and shared access.

Albums are the building blocks of your portfolio and your client deliveries. A little organisation here makes everything downstream simpler.
Create and arrange an album
- Go to Dashboard → Albums → New Album.
- Give it a clear name (clients and visitors see this).
- Upload your photos and videos.
- Drag thumbnails to reorder — the first strong image makes a great cover, or set a cover explicitly.
- Edit album details any time from the album’s settings.
Choose who can see it
Every album has an access mode. This single setting decides where the album appears:
- Public — shows on your portfolio for anyone to see. Use this for your best, shareable work.
- Private — visible only to you in the dashboard. Use this for works-in-progress or archives.
- Shared — hidden from your portfolio, reachable only by a secret link (with an optional access code). Use this for client deliveries.
You can change an album’s access mode at any time, so a private work-in-progress can become a public showcase or a shared client gallery when it’s ready.
Tips
- Name albums for the viewer, not your filing system — “Asha & Ravi — Wedding” beats “Shoot 0423”.
- Split big shoots into focused albums; they’re easier to browse and deliver.
